Prompt: Ask your child these questions:
- What happened between the Philistines and Israel?
- How did David defend God’s honor?
Practice: Help your child apply these truths in the following ways:
- By glorifying God with his actions and thoughts.
- By doing what pleases God, regardless of the consequences.
