God Sees David’s Heart
Passage: 1 Samuel 16
Principle: God sees the hearts of all men.
Praise: “Undivided Heart”
Prompt: Ask your child these questions:
- How was David chosen as king of Israel?
- How is God’s view of man different from ours?
Practice: Help your child apply these truths in the following ways:
- By examining his heart and learning what pleases the Lord.
- By not judging others based on their outward appearance.
