Faith Christian School superintendent Scott Grass has named Josh Hill as the next Athletic Director. Josh is the 5th athletic director in school history. Josh will oversee all aspects of the athletics program including general and sports operations, fiscal affairs, facilities, strategic planning, and external relations.
Josh comes to Faith with management experience in the private sector as well as 6 years of coaching at the Div. I and II levels in women’s volleyball. Those schools included the University of Florida, Campbell University, Florida Southern, and Liberty. Josh also owned and operated a volleyball club while living in Florida.

Josh and his wife Annie moved to Lafayette in 2002. Josh served as an intern at Faith Church while Annie taught at Faith Christian, prior to his coaching career. Josh moved his family back to Lafayette in 2011 to be part of Faith where he currently serves as a Deacon as well as on the school committee. The couple has 4 children, Noah, Jacob, Taylor, and Micah.
