We’re creating this blog as a connection place for kids, parents, and teachers to interact on topics facing families and those who work with them. Our hope is that this site will serve as a venue where you’ll be able to find ideas, answers, and discipleship tools that will help you to grow personally, as a family, and as a servant of Christ.
Who are we writing for?
This blog is being created with three audiences in mind: kids, parents, and children’s ministries servants. As our content grows, you’ll find posts that cater to each of these groups. Kids may find ideas, encouragements, and resources that help them grow in their relationships with God. Parents may find tips and sugestions to aid them as they seek to raise kids who love and live for the Lord. Children’s ministries servants will find tools designed to assist them in effectively discipling the kids in their classrooms.
Can we talk?
We don’t want this to be a one-way conversation. We’re inviting you to share your comments, ideas, and questions. If you’ve come across an exciting resource, let us know about it. If you’ve discovered a great technique for talking to kids about a tough subject, please share it. If you’re wrestling with questions with which you could use some help, let us know. Maybe we can help.
Can you send it to me?
People watch a lot of web sites for news and updates, so we’ve made it easy for you to add us to the mix. We have several subscription options so that you can get exactly what you’re interested in. You can subscribe by email or RSS using the icons below, which are also found in the sidebar.

(One note: each of these subscriptions is separate. If you subscribe to both the Parents and Teachers feeds, you’ll get two emails sent if we create a post that applies to both groups.)
With that said…
Welcome to the Faith Kids Connection. Right now, this is a fledgling site with big aspirations. In the days to come, you’ll begin seeing new posts from the Children’s Ministries leaders of our church. Please give us your feedback as we go, and help us make this an excellent resource for you and others.
