Businesses do all kinds of things that churches shouldn’t do. Can anyone say “executive bonuses?” But there are a few things churches could stand to learn from the business world.
Sometimes churches make decisions and implement systems that make sense from a certain angle. However, when viewed from a different angle, you quickly see that those same systems actually hinder effectiveness. If those systems were implemented in a workplace, you might leave employees and clients scratching their heads.
