Race for Hope: Get Involved!

One neat aspect of our annual Race for Hope fundraiser is how many sacrificial individuals work together to make this event run smoothly. Each year we ask for volunteers to help at registration tables, water stations, setting up and tearing down, etc. And each year we are so blessed to see many individuals from our church and community partner with us to run this event.

We love the opportunity to work alongside those we perhaps have never even met who have come to support the ministry. This is a great time for our residents to connect with others as well, and to be encouraged by so many individuals and families who come to express their support of the Vision of Hope ministry and Faith Bible Seminary.

There are many volunteer positions available, so people of all ages can find a good fit for them. If you’re interested in volunteering at this year’s Race for Hope on Saturday, June 10th, visit our website here.

Another great way to be involved is to sign up to run or walk the Race, or to donate financially to a ministry. You can do that on our registration page here.

We look forward to making great connections with others during this event, and we hope you will join us as we seek to make God’s name known.

Bethany Dunn
Bethany heard about Vision of Hope while attending Word of Life Bible Institute in Florida. When she began praying about what God wanted her to do after graduating, He kept bringing Vision of Hope to her mind. Knowing that there was an internship available, Bethany applied, was accepted, and began her internship with VOH in July, 2012. Since then she has been amazed at the opportunities God has given her to learn more about His Word and how it applies to everyday life. Bethany now serves on staff at Vision of Hope.
