The following lesson was taught in our children’s Sunday School classes on Sunday, July 28. We would encourage you to use the ideas below to review Sunday’s lesson with your family.
God Will Judge at the Great White Throne
Read: Revelation 20:1-15
Ask your child:
- What will happen to Satan and his followers? They will be defeated and cast into the lake of fire.
- What will happen to those whose names are not found in the book of life? They will be judged at the Great White Throne and cast into the lake of fire.
Emphasize this principle: God judges sin and rewards faith. Therefore, we should follow Christ and share him with others.
Practice:
- Escape God’s judgment by believing in Christ and repenting of sin.
- Eagerly share the gospel with others who are not saved.
