The Gentiles Receive the Gospel
Read: Acts 10:1-11:18
Ask your child:
- How did God show that He wanted Gentiles to be saved? God gave Peter a vision which revealed that He had eliminated the distinctions between Jews and Gentiles, making the gospel available to all people.
- What happened when Peter preached in Cornelius’s home? The Holy Spirit fell upon the Gentile believers.
Emphasize this principle: God offers salvation to all people. Therefore, we should believe and proclaim the truth to others.
Practice:
- Rejoice that God has chosen to save both Jews and Gentiles.
- Share the gospel with those around you.
