God Protects Daniel’s Friends

ASK YOUR CHILD:
• Why did Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego disobey the king? Worshiping an idol would displease God.
• What did God reveal about Himself by delivering Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego? God is able to rescue those who trust Him.
EMPHASIZE THIS PRINCIPLE: God alone deserves our worship. Therefore, we should keep ourselves from idols.
PRACTICE:
• Give the Lord your full devotion.
• Demonstrate God’s worth to others by obeying His Word.
PRAISE: “You Are God Alone”
