Drawing Me to Him: Molly’s Story

We have been so blessed and encouraged as we have heard and shared with you the testimonies of our newest interns. God works in our lives in unique ways to draw us to Him, and we can give glory to God when we hear of His work in the lives of others.

Today, we will share with you one last testimony from one of our newest interns, Molly. Molly came to us from Newnan, Georgia. We are excited to see her learn and grow in her time with us! She shares her story below.

“Throughout my life, I have struggled often with reassurance of salvation and pleasing others more than pleasing God. I was a perfect liar when I was younger, and I am still pretty good at it even now. But the Holy Spirit has been faithful to convict me as I grow. It is clear to me that while I might not have a specific age to share for my salvation, the refining and drawing of my heart to God has been a drawn out process that is still in the works! Because of sin, I am imperfect, but because of grace, I know Who I belong to and that He was perfect for me.

I heard about VOH through the BCTC in 2012, and am excited to learn about confrontation and approaching conflict in a godly way since those are areas I am very weak in.

In the future, I would like to be a college professor, research analyst, or editor, and a full-time Biblical Counselor.”

God has a plan for each of us, and we can trust His ways and work in our lives! We are so thankful for each of our interns, and cannot wait to see how God works in their lives.

Our internship program is a wonderful opportunity for growth and training for godly women. Bethany Dunn
Bethany heard about Vision of Hope while attending Word of Life Bible Institute in Florida. When she began praying about what God wanted her to do after graduating, He kept bringing Vision of Hope to her mind. Knowing that there was an internship available, Bethany applied, was accepted, and began her internship with VOH in July, 2012. Since then she has been amazed at the opportunities God has given her to learn more about His Word and how it applies to everyday life. Bethany now serves on staff at Vision of Hope.
