God Is Glorified by Protecting Judah
Passage: 2 Kings 18–19
Principle: God always will glorify His name.
Praise: “Blessed Be the Name of the Lord”
Prompt: Ask your child these questions:
- What happened to the northern kingdom of Israel and why?
- How did God answer Hezekiah’s prayer?
Practice: Help your child apply these truths in the following ways:
- By trusting God to do whatever will glorify His name.
- By repenting of not glorifying God in actions and words.
