Bruised. Scarred&#8230;I&#8217;m captured. I&#8217;m not really sure what they are meaning when they talk about living. I try to live, the only way I know how\u2026grabbing hold of my desires. First it\u2019s comfort, and then beauty and last\u2026being invisible-what I\u2019m best at. Holding on tight, not to drown. Knowing my life will find meaning if<br \/>\nI can just\u2026be Perfect.<br \/>\nThe fight goes on, I know I can never be perfect yet I keep struggling\u2026just one hand after the other, the next step into my darkness. No longer do I see light, I gasp for my next breath\u2026 one answer comes to mind, the ONLY answer\u2026giving up-<br \/>\nLetting go<br \/>\nYes! That\u2019s it\u2026that\u2019s my answer I\u2019ve been searching for all this time. So I slowly loosen my grip and let my hands fall. But NO they can\u2019t fall, something is around my wrists\u2026\u201dWhat the heck\u201d I scream into the darkness. \u201cWhat is this?! Chains!! I didn\u2019t ask for chains.\u201d And suddenly I hear a laughing horrible voice scream\u2026 \u201cyou thought you were alone. You thought you had control. But\u2026NO\u2026you serve ME as your master! You are captured. Anyone who commits sin is a slave to sin. I\u2019m the father of evil. Your body and soul belong to me!<br \/>\nCome, my slave\u2026Come!<br \/>\n\u201cNO! NO! I scream. I\u2019m NOT yours! I\u2019m not yours!\u201d I turn to run\u2026but the darkness is everywhere. I\u2019m scared and fall to the ground in fear and my chains.<br \/>\n\u201cOh what have I done\u2026look at what you\u2019ve become.\u201d<br \/>\nSuddenly, I see a glimmer, a sparkle. It\u2019s a light! Coming towards me\u2026I cover my eyes in fear, cowering, my body shakes. This light encovers all around. It\u2019s like nothing I\u2019ve ever known or seen before. And I hear a gentle voice calling out my name\u2026 \u201cI\u2019ve chosen you. You were mine before creation. Come my beloved and<br \/>\nChoose me\u201d<br \/>\nStill scared to death but my soul shouting inside me\u2026 \u201cThat\u2019s what you were created for\u2026HIM you belong.\u201d With my weak and exhausted body I reach forward to the light, and then something happens\u2026quickly my chains are gone\u2026fallen to<br \/>\nthe ground and smashed into pieces.<br \/>\nKneeling there amazed at what\u2019s before my eyes. \u201cWho are you?\u201d I cry. \u201cAnd why do you care about me?\u201d once again I hear that gentle voice that speaks straight to my soul. He says \u201cI am your TRUE MASTER\u2026and you\u2019re the one I\u2019ve called from the beginning of time\u2026 YOU were MINE. I\u2019ve loved you even when you walked in darkness,<br \/>\nI was there all along\u201d<br \/>\nNow holding on tight to my new Master\u2026I am captured but this time, captured by<br \/>\nMy Prince.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tainted.
