From our previous blog post, you learned that our interns receive training to help residents who are struggling overnight. Today, we will share with you yet another way our interns receive great training and opportunities to grow!<\/p>\n

Did you know that each Wednesday morning, our staff team provides special training to all of the interns? These \u201ctraining meetings\u201d include: how to help others with both Truth and Grace, what the Bible says about controlling your thoughts, dealing with emotions, how to identify and deal with deceitfulness and manipulation, Q & A sessions with our Executive Director and other staff members, and many more important topics.<\/p>\n

We desire for our interns to complete their time with us having not only grown in leadership and counseling skills, but also to have grown spiritually to become more like our Savior.<\/p>\n
