The most exciting thing we\u00a0have an opportunity to witness at Vision of Hope is the salvation of hurting young ladies. When a lady enters our program without hope – and without Christ in her life – it is the most joyful, awesome experience to see\u00a0her receive Salvation through Christ alone by choosing to accept Him as her Savior and Lord. The joy and freedom that comes from that decision is life-changing, and we are so thankful to have the opportunity to watch this Salvation transform lives!<\/p>\n

A Letter to My Idols<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n You have controlled<\/p>\n I have obeyed<\/p>\n You convinced my heart<\/p>\n of your cruel way<\/p>\n You have tortured and tricked me<\/p>\n You’ve caused much despair<\/p>\n You’ve lied about God<\/p>\n and told me He’s not there!<\/p>\n But I know the truth now<\/p>\n It’s here in His Word<\/p>\n Yes, I am complete now<\/p>\n Bought back from your curse!<\/p>\n No more will I listen<\/p>\n No more be your slave<\/p>\n No more let you torture<\/p>\n No more tempt the grave<\/p>\n I have a choice now<\/p>\n I see the two paths<\/p>\n You are still an option<\/p>\n But Truth wins at last!<\/p>\n You have controlled<\/p>\n I have obeyed<\/p>\n You convinced my heart<\/p>\n of your cruel way<\/p>\n But now you see<\/p>\n I’m done with you!<\/p>\n I have a new Master<\/p>\n And His Word is true!<\/p>\n I am set free now<\/p>\n A child of the King<\/p>\n Bought back and precious<\/p>\n Finally able to sing!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
