Our\u00a0brothers and sisters in Christ, along with legions of others in Philippines have experienced the horror of destruction and death\u00a0caused by one of the strongest\u00a0tropical cyclones to hit land in recorded history!<\/p>\n

Friday, November 8, one of the strongest storms in recorded history hit the Philippines causing massive destruction and loss of life.<\/p>\n

A\u00a0Filipino pastor wrote: \u00a0“I have confirmed that five churches\u00a0of ours have been totally destroyed with their pastors now temporarily in the evacuation center. They are asking for financial help both for their house[s] and church buildings. I am still expecting more news from our churches in different
\nislands.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cFellow pastors and bible students have returned to find their homes reduced to rubble and their loved ones missing. [the Filippino pastor] ends with a cry for help: \u201cWhat shall I do? Can you help me carry this burden?\u201d<\/p>\n

As our Savior reminded us: \u201cFor I was hungry, and you gave Me something to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave me drink; I was a stranger, and you invited me in; I was naked, and you clothed me ….
