We would encourage you to use the ideas below to review Sunday\u2019s lesson with your family.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>God Judges the Nations at Babel<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Read<\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>Genesis 11:1\u20139<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ask your child:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What did God command the people to do? <em>Be fruitful, multiply, and spread out across the earth<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Why did the people build the tower? <em>To make a name for themselves<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Why did God confuse the languages? <em>To limit their capacity for rebellion<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Emphasize this principle<\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>God opposes the proud.
