Jesus Feeds the Multitude<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

Read: <\/span><\/b>Matthew 14:13-21<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ask your child:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Why did Jesus ask the disciples to give the people food? <\/span>Jesus was testing the faith of His disciples in an effort to help them trust His ability to solve impossible problems.<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • What does Jesus\u2019 miracle reveal about His person and authority? <\/span>The miracle proved that Jesus is God and deserving of our faith and obedience.<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Emphasize this principle: <\/span><\/b>Nothing is impossible for God. Therefore, we should trust and submit to Him.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Practice:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Believe in Jesus as God.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Treat those who need Jesus with compassion.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
