Review of Exodus\u2013Ruth<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

Ask your child:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  • How did God demonstrate His love for His people? <\/span>He rescued them from oppression, provided for their needs, called them into a special relationship with Him, and fulfilled His promises to them.<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • What did God ask of His people? <\/span>He asked them to love and obey Him.<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Emphasize this principle:\u202f<\/span><\/b>God loves and provides for His people. Therefore, we should love and obey Him.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Practice:\u202f<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Thank God for His lovingkindness toward us.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Trust and please the Lord in all circumstances.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
