We would encourage you to use the ideas below to review Sunday\u2019s lesson with your family.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>God Preserves Joseph and Israel<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Read<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> Genesis 37, 39-50<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ask your child<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What did Joseph\u2019s brothers do to him? <em>His brothers sold him into slavery.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>What happened after Joseph was sold into slavery? <em>He interpreted dreams for Pharaoh and was put in charge of Egypt.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>How did God reunite Joseph and his brothers? <em>The famine brought them together. Joseph forgave and cared for his family.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Emphasize this principle<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> God uses everything in our lives to help us grow.
