God Preserves Israel<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Passage:\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong>Exodus 15:22\u201317:7<\/span><\/p>\n

Principle:\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong>God is merciful and good.<\/span><\/p>\n

Praise:\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong>\u201cGive Thanks with a Grateful Heart\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Prompt:\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong>Ask your child these questions:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Why did God test Israel?<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Why did the Israelites grumble and complain?<\/span><\/li>\n
  • What food did God provide for the Israelites?<\/span><\/li>\n
  • What happened when some of the Israelites broke God\u2019s command concerning the manna?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Practice:\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong>Help your child apply these truths in the following ways:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • By confessing grumbling and complaining attitudes.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • By trusting that God will provide.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • By trusting that God\u2019s Word is good.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
