We would encourage you to use the ideas below to review Sunday\u2019s lesson with your family.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>God Uses Esther to Protect the Jews<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Read: <\/strong>Esther<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ask your child:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How did Esther become Ahasuerus\u2019s queen? <em>The king selected her from among all the women of the kingdom.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>How did God use Esther to protect His people? <em>God used Esther to intercede for her people. <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Emphasize this principle: <\/strong>God presents us with redemptive opportunities, and we should be ready to seize them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Practice: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Praise God for His sovereign care.<\/li>\n<li>Be courageous in doing the right thing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Praise: <\/strong>\u201cAwesome God\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prepare for next week:<\/strong> Nehemiah 1-10<\/p>\n<p><strong>Memorize for Mar 15-Apr 19: <\/strong><strong>\u201cFor by grace you have been saved through faith<\/strong>; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.
