We would encourage you to use the ideas below to review Sunday\u2019s lesson with your family.<\/p>\n<p><strong>God Promises to Send the Messiah, Part One<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Passage: <\/strong>Genesis 3:15; 12:1\u20133; 49:10<\/p>\n<p><strong>Principle: <\/strong>God fulfills His promises.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Praise: <\/strong>\u201cO Worship the King\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prompt: <\/strong>Ask your child these questions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What promises about Jesus are in Genesis?<\/li>\n<li>Why are these promises important?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Practice: <\/strong>Help your child apply these truths in the following ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>By worshiping Jesus, the Deliverer, Savior, and King.<\/li>\n<li>By confessing his need for forgiveness and placing his faith in Jesus Christ.<\/li>\n<li>By obeying the Great King over all the earth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Next Week: <\/strong>Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:18\u201325, 2:1\u201312; Micah 5:2<\/p>\n<p><strong>Memory Verse:<\/strong> \u201cIn you [Abram] all the families of the earth shall be blessed\u201d Genesis 12:3<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The following lesson was taught in our children\u2019s Sunday School classes on Sunday, November 26.
