We would encourage you to use the ideas below to review Sunday\u2019s lesson with your family.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Peter and John Preach the Gospel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Passage:\u00a0 <\/strong>Acts 3:1\u20134:31<\/p>\n<p><strong>Principle:\u00a0 <\/strong>There is no other name under heaven by which people can be saved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Praise:\u00a0 <\/strong>\u201cCome Let Us Worship and Bow Down\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prompt:\u00a0 <\/strong>Ask your child these questions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How was Jesus\u2019 name exalted in today\u2019s lesson?<\/li>\n<li>How did God answer the believer\u2019s prayer?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Practice:\u00a0 <\/strong>Help your child apply these truths in the following ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>By praising God for salvation through Jesus Christ.<\/li>\n<li>By proclaiming salvation in Jesus\u2019 name with boldness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>This Week:\u00a0 <\/strong>As a family, read Acts 3:1\u20134:31.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Next Week:\u00a0 <\/strong>Acts 4:32\u20135:11<\/p>\n<p><strong>Memory Verse:\u00a0 \u201c&#8230;there is salvation in no one else;<\/strong> for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.\u201d <strong>Acts 4:12*<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>* Preschool verse in bold print<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The following lesson was taught in our children\u2019s Sunday School classes on Sunday, October 16.
