We would encourage you to use the ideas below to review Sunday\u2019s lesson with your family.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>God Protects Daniel\u2019s Friends<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Passage: <\/strong>Daniel 3<\/p>\n<p><strong>Principle: <\/strong>Believers die to themselves and worship the Lord.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Praise: <\/strong>\u201cMost Holy One\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prompt: <\/strong>Ask your child these questions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Why did Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego disobey the king?<\/li>\n<li>What did God reveal about Himself by rescuing Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Practice: <\/strong>Help your child apply these truths in the following ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>By worshiping the Lord as his first priority.<\/li>\n<li>By obeying God in order to be a testimony to His greatness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>This Week: <\/strong>As a family, read selected portions of Daniel 3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Next Week: <\/strong>Daniel 4<\/p>\n<p><strong>Memory Verse:<\/strong><strong> \u201cThe Lord is my helper, I will not be afraid.
