We would encourage you to use the ideas below to review Sunday\u2019s lesson with your family.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>God Uses Daniel to Interpret the King\u2019s Dream<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Passage: <\/strong>Daniel 2<\/p>\n<p><strong>Principle: <\/strong>Man will be comforted or warned by God\u2019s sovereign plan for human history.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Praise: <\/strong>\u201cLord, I Lift Your Name on High\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prompt: <\/strong>Ask your child these questions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How did Daniel find out about Nebuchadnezzar\u2019s dream?<\/li>\n<li>What did Nebuchadnezzar see in his dream and what did it mean?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Practice: <\/strong>Help your child apply these truths in the following ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>By trusting that God is in control of human history.<\/li>\n<li>By repenting before God\u2019s kingdom comes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>This Week: <\/strong>As a family, read selected portions of Daniel 2.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Next Week: <\/strong>Genesis 3:15; 12:1\u20133; 49:10<\/p>\n<p><strong>Memory Verse:<\/strong> \u201cLet the name of God be blessed forever and ever, for<strong> wisdom and power belong to Him.\u201d Daniel 2:20<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>*Preschool verse in bold print<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The following lesson was taught in our children\u2019s Sunday School classes on Sunday,\u00a0November 22.
