Review<\/h2>\n

In our Adult Bible Fellowships<\/a>\u00a0we have observed in\u00a0Revelation that:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. God is gracious and compassionate, but when He brings Judgment it is serious.<\/li>\n
  2. Although the wicked may prosper (Ps 73), we are to trust the Lord to bring about justice (Rom 12)<\/li>\n
  3. Instead of vengeance, we can love our enemies, and cultivate a heart that is like God’s heart, not wishing\u00a0people to perish\u00a0but rather to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    So in preparation for the next lesson of Revelation please read the passage listed below and think about the following discussion questions.<\/p>\n

    Revelation\u00a09<\/a><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. How do you see God’s authority manifested even in the judgement?<\/li>\n
    2. What do you learn about the heart of mankind?<\/li>\n
    3. How does this help you grow in dependence on the\u00a0Lord and compassion for people?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Pray that God’s living and active word would help us cultivate a greater love for Him and\u00a0heed the words of this portion of scripture. Rev 1:3<\/p>\n
