Meeting with a younger believer one on one, serving at the church, inviting a coworker to church and praying for the salvation of a family member are all wonderful ways to add to<\/span> your ministry! However, there are a number of very simple and effective ways to turn these additions into multiplications<\/strong>. Consider how you may be able to implement one of the following actions into your life to multiply your ministry:<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t Disciple Alone<\/h2>\n

Turn a one on one meeting into a meeting of three. Consider bringing another person to your discipleship meetings<\/strong> so that the third person can learn, gain experience and participate in the process. After the third person has seen you disciple for a number of weeks, he or she will be equipped to begin discipling others! Not only have you been able to help disciple, but you\u2019ve trained another to do likewise.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t Serve Alone<\/h2>\n

Serving isn\u2019t only about \u201cgetting the job done\u201d. When I serve at the Community Center, it\u2019s easy for me to think that my task is all about getting the toilets clean, serving guests and answering any questions that arise. However, time spent serving is a great time to minister to others.

Consider turning a task-oriented service opportunity into a relationship building time<\/strong> by inviting a friend to serve with you. Intentionally use that time serving together to share what God\u2019s been doing in your life. Discuss how they\u2019re doing and encourage each other with how you’ve been growing.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t Evangelize Alone<\/h2>\n

Introduce your unbelieving friends to your Christian friends!<\/strong> When your coworker comes to church, make a point to excitedly introduce him to some of your friends from ABF who can also begin to build a relationship. Not only will you be able to minister to your coworker, but your friends will as well!<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t Pray Alone<\/h2>\n

We all have people in our lives who we desperately want to see saved. Often, we keep these prayers to ourselves. Share this desire with your ABF, friends or family so that they too may expectantly pray. Then, when God does save the person you were praying for, you all may rejoice!
