Avatar<\/em>, Twilight<\/em>, Lord of the Rings<\/em>, Thor<\/em>, Pride and Prejudice<\/em>, Cinderella<\/em> all have something in common with church\u2014they all preach sermons.\u00a0 Did you realize that?\u00a0 Finally you can have a guilt free summer by going to the movies for a sermon instead of church. \u00a0 Right?<\/p>\n

Not so fast.\u00a0 It is all about theology.\u00a0 Every piece of entertainment, music, book, TV show, Broadway show, and even an advertisement contains a theological message, an ideology, a worldview<\/strong> that is being declared 24-7. \u00a0\u00a0Have you really stopped and considered the theological message of relationships found in Pride and Prejudice<\/em>?\u00a0 Think about it sometime and then ask yourself why men hate this movie<\/a> and women love it.<\/p>\n

It is all about the theology.\u00a0 That\u2019s why the sermons you are influence by (movies or church) really do matter.<\/p>\n
