Save the Date!

To say thank you to supporters, we asked Wayburn Dean, a Grammy-nominated recording artist formerly with the group Acappella, to perform a worshipful concert.  We wanted to do something a little different at this year’s Benefit while including some of the strong elements of past banquet events. Wayburn Dean’s singing will be surrounded by testimonies of God’s transforming grace at VOH. This will be our Tribute to Hope Fund Raiser to raise $40,000.

The Benefit will begin at 6pm with the concert as the centerpiece. We will receive a ‘love offering’ benefitting VOH with a special note:  If we exceed our goal of $40,000, we will apply those extra funds to our new initiative to send two trained VOH interns to the Dominican Republic to serve in a partnering orphanage in that country.  We already have the persons committed to go and serve; therefore, we now need the funding to send them.  So your gift could impact orphans for the cause of Christ in a foreign country!

Please prayerfully consider attending this special night where we will say ‘thank you’ for partnering with us to advance His Kingdom.

Praising His Name,

Mark E. Shaw, Executive Director

Bethany Dunn
Bethany heard about Vision of Hope while attending Word of Life Bible Institute in Florida. When she began praying about what God wanted her to do after graduating, He kept bringing Vision of Hope to her mind. Knowing that there was an internship available, Bethany applied, was accepted, and began her internship with VOH in July, 2012. Since then she has been amazed at the opportunities God has given her to learn more about His Word and how it applies to everyday life. Bethany now serves on staff at Vision of Hope.
