What We Do: Couponing

There are many things we do to help keep down the costs of the Vision of Hope program for the precious women we serve. Some of our cost-saving ways are seemingly small but every penny saved counts. At VOH, we desire to be good stewards of what God has provided us.

It may surprise you that our staff and residents consistently work to clip coupons for Vision of Hope. Since beginning this system, we have saved $4620.00 for grocery, household, and healthcare items! Many people are involved in this support for Vision of Hope – from the church members at Faith Church who donate their coupons to our Coupon Box, to those in our community who stop by to give coupons. Every coupon helps, and we are so thankful for this opportunity to support Vision of Hope financially.

We don’t just use the coupons ourselves, either. We keep them organized in categories so that if an individual inside or outside of our ministry asks to look at our coupons and take some to use themselves, they are happy to do so! We love this great opportunity to interact with others and help meet financial needs.

Would you like to get involved? One easy way to help support our ministry is by donating coupons. Just drop them in our Coupon Box inside the main entrance of Faith Church, or call us at (765) 447-5900 to arrange a time to drop them off at Vision of Hope.

What a blessing from God to be able to steward our time and resources well to provide for the ministry of Vision of Hope!

Bethany heard about Vision of Hope while attending Word of Life Bible Institute in Florida. When she began praying about what God wanted her to do after graduating, He kept bringing Vision of Hope to her mind. Knowing that there was an internship available, Bethany applied, was accepted, and began her internship with VOH in July, 2012. Since then she has been amazed at the opportunities God has given her to learn more about His Word and how it applies to everyday life. Bethany now serves on staff at Vision of Hope.
