I Corinthians 15:12-19
[Small groups] List the consequences of no resurrection:
- Christ has not been raised (v13, 16)
- Our proclamation has no foundation (v14)
- Your faith has no foundation (v14)
- We are false witnesses (v15)
- Your faith is worthless (v17)
- You are still in your sins (the curse of Adam) (v17)
- The dead have perished forever (v18)
- Christians should be pitied more than anyone (v19)

I Corinthians 15:20-28
[Small groups] List the consequences of a real resurrection:
- The grave of Adam is defeated (sin is defeated) (v21-22)
- Christ is the first fruits of the resurrection (v20, 23)
- Those belonging to Christ will be raised as well (v23)
- The end will come (v24)
- Christ will become king of all (v24-25)
- Death will be defeated (v26)
- Everything is subject to God (v27-28)
- God will be all in all (v28)

In what ways might a Christian live and be pitied by the world around him?
- Be baptized
- Be in danger (take risks)
Persecution, ridicule, being uncool, suffering
- Dying daily
Denying the desires of the flesh
